Define what courage means to you personally.

Courage to me personally means the bravery to show up. You showed up for yourself and you pushed through something.

What would you define as your current courage (i.e. physically, mentally, spiritually, etc.)

Currently my courage is mentally. Being brave enough to focus and show up for myself by letting myself heal first.

Do you feel you are changing perspective, creating new meaning during this time. If so simply explain.

Absolutely my perspective on life has changed during this time. I have started a shift within myself and realizing all the little things that help humans move through uncertain times. Realizing the importance of the present moment and not being distracted in the rush of hustle culture.

How you are conversing, doing, creating.

I am conversing more than ever to friends that I was more distant with and prioritizing my relationships more than ever. Checking in and catching up with friends. Focusing on meditating and health over everything.

Where you gather inspiration from.

I pull inspiration from nature or my own realizations while running or being outside. I also find I have bursts of inspiration at nighttime and when I journal.
